Course Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment is subject to availability. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be provided upon enrollment confirmation. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date may be subject to partial refund or course credit at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of elm spark or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Course materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share course materials or lab access with unauthorized individuals

Lab Environment Usage

Lab environments provided during courses are for educational purposes only. You agree not to use lab resources for cryptocurrency mining, denial of service attacks, or any other malicious activities. Violation may result in immediate termination of lab access and course enrollment without refund.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or employment as a result of completing our courses. Individual results depend on various factors including prior experience, effort, and market conditions.
